Job Description
- Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues.
- Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Dealing with registration documentation, issues and disputes.
- Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts, joint venture agreements and tender documents, Rents..etc).
- Helping prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.
- Organize and Update Legal documents (Critical Documents, Original Contracts and License).
- Advising the human resources department on employment law and labor and benefits issues.
- Open internal investigations and recommended disciplinary action.
- Dealing with outsourcing Legal consults (International Agreements and Complex Cases).
- Providing any other litigation support required from Management.
Job Requirements
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
- خبرة فى أعمال الشركات وعلاقات العمل وتعاملات هيئة الاستثمار والجهات ذات الصلة.
- قدرة على إجراءات التحقيقات الداخلية.
- خبرة فى إعداد ومراجعة جميع أنواع التعاقدات
- خبرة فى جميع القضايا ذات الصلة بمجال العمل الصناعى والعلامات التجارية.
- قدرة عالية فى المتابعة وحسن التوجيه
- التركيز على التفاصيل
- شخصية قيادية مع القدرة على الإقناع والتوجيه
- القدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات
- قدرات تنظيمية عالية.
- استعداد للعمل بموقع الشركة بالعاشر من رمضان.
