Job Description
- The primary function will be the core development of OutSystems web applications in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodology.
- The developer will work with a team lead and different business segments both inside and outside of technology departments.
- A successful developer will be comfortable interacting with different groups within the technology and within different business areas
- understand the User Experience (UX) goals of business requirements
- provide clients with pertinent feedback relative to the pros/cons of the development course
- understand how to match existing user interface (UI) guidelines to meet requirements within the OutSystems platform.
- Daily activities will include the development of functional components including pages, processes, and custom UI in OutSystems.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Advocate Low Code OutSystems development approach and develop best practices.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Knowledge of web-based languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
- Knowledge of databases; Oracle, MySQL, etc.
- Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP).
- Proficiency with OutSystems Service Studio.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
Required Qualifications:
- Programming experience of +3 years.
- OutSystems knowledge of +2 years.
- OutSystems Certification is a bonus.
Nice To have:
- OutSystems Certification: Associate Reactive Developer or Higher.
- Knowledge of other Low Code platforms.
- Expert with Integration Studio, and Workflow Builder.
- Knowledge of Agile practices.
