Job Description

  • Responsible for attendance and transactions daily & monthly
  • Working On daily operation’s needs
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases.
  • Working on daily reports.
  • Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves, and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations annual settlements
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, incentives, etc
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely

Job Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of Egyptian payroll regulations and practices.
  • Strong understanding of payroll accounting and principles.
  • excellent communication skills.
  • preferably distribution field background
  • very Good in MS Office
