Job Description
(Customer Service) We are looking for candidates who want to work from home. This is a seasonal position (temporary for 2-3 months but may have a chance to transition into a permanent position)
Description: Pre-sale livechat (e-commerce websites selling electronics and clothing).
We have 2 shifts available, one day shift and one evening shift, days off Tuesday and Wednesday.

You'll need to have customer service experience.
Graduates are preferred but we can make exceptions for undergrads who are willing to work full-time (40 hours a week).
This is a live chat support position, so you must have good grammar and writing skills. I need to know if you have read all the requirements, so please let me know what is the color of Neptune?
You have a quiet place at home. This is not a job that you can do when you're in a cafe or outside with friends.
Computer proficient. You are a PC person, you use the computer a lot and not just your smartphone.
