Job Description
- Check the availability of raw materials in the warehouses in addition to the quantities of finished goods to be taken.
- Control and follow-up of all materials until the confirmation of their release (raw materials and packaging materials received) to production according to orders for the dispensing/dispatching of raw and packaging materials.
- follow up all materials and matching their presence on every reactor as required for the production lines.
- Follow-up of various stages of production and final delivery to warehouses and follow up the final shipment from the stores to the customer.
- follow-up with the procurement department to ensure that they adhere to the procurement plans to avoid any shortage of raw materials, packaging materials and purchases of the rest of the departments in the factory.
- Registration and follow-up of laboratory samples and sending them after preparation and coding from laboratories (research and development) and making sure that they reach the requesting party and follow-up sample matching with the customer through the responsible person in the sales department.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Follow-Up specialist or similar role (preferred chemical industry)
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- BSc/Ba in Chemistry.
- Excellent analytical and research skills
