Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to be part of the magnificent team and to be involved with all of our products. The role combines Quality assurance skills with high analytical end-to-end testing skills.
- Preparing test plans and test cases before development work begins
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing and QA activities.
- Designing, writing and managing automated tests for both existing and new features
- Effectively communicating insights, product health and bug reports to cross-functional team members and management.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Ensure customer support, development and management teams are all aligned in terms of bug fixing timelines and priorities
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an IT related field.
- At least 1 years' of software QA experience.
- ISTQB Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in testing and working with critical features such as payments, balance calculations, data security, etc.
- Experience in writing test plans, test automation, and test cases.
- Experience in API testing (Postman)
- Experience in SQL databases
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium.
- Experience with app test automation frameworks like Appium is preferred (willingness to learn it is required)
