Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester (4+ years) with expertise in Selenium WebDriver to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver (4+ years).
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks and best practices.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database validation.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Selenium WebDriver or related automation testing tools.
Experience with other automation testing tools/frameworks like Cucumber, TestNG, or JUnit.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman or SOAPUI.
Experience with performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
