Job Description
- Design travel packages and itineraries for inbound travel.
- Sells readymade group packages for inbound Travel.
- Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfers for inbound travel.
- Follow up with clients from abroad through e-mails and calls to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.
- Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.
- Handles Customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Handles operation with all suppliers including tour guides, transportation companies, hotels. etc to confirm and follow up on the travel services.
- Outgoing calls to tour and suppliers to manage the accounts receivable and payable.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales or tourism industry.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in tourism in the inbound department.
- Experience of American Market for inbound travel inside Egypt.
- Fluent English Language Level (writing & Speaking).
- very good knowledge of leisure domestic destinations in Egypt.
- Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
