Job Description
- Utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to effectively plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Actively support the CTO by organizing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of development projects.
- Address and eliminate impediments and obstacles that might hinder the development team's progress.
- Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Ensure the development team remains engaged and adheres to Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor team progress and performance, suggesting and implementing improvements when necessary.
- Communicate team velocity, progress, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and oversee demos, product/system testing, and feedback sessions.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the development team.
- Prepare and present detailed status reports to stakeholders, including the CTO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Scrum Master Certification, SAFe preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar.
- Proficient knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on timely deliverables and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent communication, both written and spoken, and presentation abilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in the English language.
