- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities on the assigned production line to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment and machinery.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and identify bottlenecks in the production line.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Train and mentor production line staff on best practices, safety guidelines, and efficient use of equipment.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
