Job Description

1-Manage AMC providers' operation issues by handling their pending claims, responding to phone calls, conducting visits or any other way of communication, ensure that they are done on time to assure their satisfaction.

2-Coordinate with the Claims department to finalize all the pending batches due to lack of some documents or data after communicating with the provider.

3-Coordinate with the Batch Receiving department to finalize all the pending batches due to lack of some documents after communicating with the provider.

4-Handle the complaints received from Account management teams or call center agents by investigating the complaints details with AMC medical providers to reach the optimum solution by maintaining the providers & beneficiaries satisfaction.

5- Investigate the suspicious cases & take decisions according to each case

6- Conduct visits to the providers based on the business need to follow-up with the contracted providers.

7- Handle the Account management teams requests (special VIP request, medication delivery, SMO, or any other request) on a timely manner.

8-Coordinate with the IT team to handle Nice Deer online system training or any special request or inquiry regarding providing the service through the online system

9-Maintain the current contracted providers by making communication with their side, and receive requests from the providers. Solve the problems facing the medical providers during dealing with AMC.

10-Receive inquiries from providers to release their payments by communicating with the concerned departments in case of delayed to conduct the fast tracking process.
 

11-Perform other tasks as assigned (by Supervisor) within the realm of his/her position, qualifications and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Pharmacy
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Good Ms Office.
  • Good English
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
