Job brief
We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personal secretarial and administrative support in a well-structured and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive work life and communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact between line managers and internal/external clients.
- Carrying out the tasks of receiving calls, receiving messages, and directing correspondence.
- Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain diaries, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and seek advantageous deals with suppliers.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and implement an effective documentation and filing system.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Full understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
- Perfect planning and time management skills.
- Keeping abreast of developments in office tools and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
