Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events
- Coordinate training sessions
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting
- Assisting with (and executing) the termination or resignation process
- Organizing performance reviews
- Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update databases accordingly
- Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Job Requirements
- previous experience at least 6 months
- Bachelor degree is must
- Good Knowledge of MS office
- Good in English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- classy with a good profile
- October resident is a must
