Job Description
- Study project according to specs ,drawings ,BOQ.
- Responsible for all finishing activities such AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO BLOCK WORKS & PLASTERING, FALSE CEILING, GYPSUM WALLS, AND PAINTING, TILING AND MARBLE WORKS, PARQUET FLOORING ,Cladding ,CURTAIN WALLS.
- Acting as the main technical advisor on the site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Architecture Engineering.
- Experience not less than 10 years in construction or fit out companies.
- Experience in commercial projects is a must.
- Understand the design process and fully comprehend the client's needs and goals.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
