Job Description
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
- Answer our customer's questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone, email or chat.
- Handling complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience is a must
- Excellent in using Excel and Accounting programs
- Experience as an Accountant is a big plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent soft skills/handling skills
- Strong experience in setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects).
