Job Description
- Create eye-catching quality artwork for social and promotional use.
- Concept and design creative 2D and 3D graphic animations conforming to various output formats and deliverable media.
- Design and spec digital banners, social media graphics, promotional templates, and other complex digital files for paid media promotion.
- Make artwork “production-ready” and resolve any technical may arise.
- Provide light image retouching, color correction, masking, and other image manipulation.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure creative solutions comply with brand standards.
- Complete all aspects of design tickets, which can include numerous elements at varying sizes and specifications.
- Follow all production studio standards for completing work-spell check, kerning, layout, standard quality control (QA), etc.
- Catalog and maintain artwork and final deliverable files.
- Ensure tasks are being completed on time.
- Promote best practices; adhere to procedures.
- Coach junior team members and provide feedback on their work.
- Support and contribute to client presentations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience at an agency, in-house, or freelance.
- 1+ year of motion graphic experience is a plus.
- Must have a digital portfolio to be considered.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong passion for drawing/sketching, typography, color theory, visual presentation development, and layout.
- Deep understanding and expertise on all social platforms and digital media.
- Acute attention to detail with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Creative thinker who can proactively problem solve.
- Enthusiastic about organizing, prioritizing and managing multiple projects under strict deadlines.
