Job Description

  • Identify clients in each sector.
  • Establishes and approach new clients. 
  • Activate old in-active clients.
  • Represent company in front of clients.
  • Initiates sales process by building relationships with clients; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
  • Develops sales by adjusting content of sales presentations by studying and identifying the client’s needs explaining the company service.
  • Prepare and present solutions and financial proposals to clients.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients.
  • Follow up with clients.
  • Agree with clients on execution plan.
  • Closing out deals by overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
  • Prepare the training order.
  • Prepare the invoice information to issue the invoice.
  • Review the issued invoices.
  • Prepare IMC documents with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and follow up after the training delivery.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Responsible for collecting checks
  • Keep client files up to date by updating the sales documentation system with all the activities accomplished.
  • Represent company in exhibitions & conferences.
  • Achieving team sales target.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate (Any specialization).
  • From 5-7 years’ experience. 
  • Proficient usage of MS Programs Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Excellent Command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Have Product Knowledge, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Sales techniques, Meeting techniques, Closing Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Effective Team Building, Customer Focused, and Quality Oriented
