Job Description
- Design realistic 3D environments based on provided references and sketches.
- Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and model characters from original art and photographs.
- Using Zbrush, substance painter or similar programs, create and refine props and textures,
- Prepare assets and entire levels and environments within Unreal Engine 4.
- Work within the game engine to preview optimize and polish models to a quality bar and visual direction as set by Lead Director.
Job Requirements
- Excellent modeling and texturing skills.
- Design and create new assets based on references.
- Excellent skills in Zbrush, 3D Studio Max or Maya, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
- Ability to create highly realistic materials in UE4.
- Ability to create lighting and shading in UE4 to complete levels.
- Experience with UV’s, Skinning, and Rigging.
- Use diagnostic tools to examine content to optimize the level.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in the English language preferred.
