Job Description

  1. Develop and implement internal audit plans.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
  4. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and recommendations.
  7. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
  8. Stay updated with the latest real estate industry trends and regulations, as well as auditing standards and practices.
  9. Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  10. Develop and maintain audit documentation and records.
  11. Identify and assess potential risks to the organization.
  12. Support departments managers in developing departmental policies, procedures, and workflow to enhance internal controls and smooth operation.
  13. Conduct special investigations and audits as required.
  14. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of audit information.
  15. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  16. Prepare and present audit findings to the audit committee.
  17. Maintain a high level of professional ethics and integrity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate development companies.
  • Ability to work in Shorouk city.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and real estate industry standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience in risk assessment and internal control evaluation.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  •  Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  •  Experience in developing and implementing audit plans.
