- Educate the customer with Etisalat products and services.
- Promote handsets and accessories.
- Up sell Etisalat products & services to the customers
- Recommend products and services improvement
- Ensure compliance to policies & procedures
- Handling all multi-skills function (cash-inventory )
- Prepare a variety of statues reports including activity, closing sheet, follow up and adherence to goals.
- Positive and effective involvement in implementing the retail plan.
- Handling all paper work which is reported to the different company departments
- University Degree
- Fresh Grad or Minimum 1 - 2 years’ Experience.
- Area of experience: Sales and customer experience
- Customer and results-oriented
- Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Very good computer skills.
- Retailer/Customer care background
