Job Summary
The Document Controller will be responsible for preparing all technical proposals required for our projects, Also, he shall file all company resources in a proper and easily accessible manner, document all company quotations and prepare the quotation log, and Update and upgrade the company vendor list.
Job Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
Prepare all required technical proposals as per the client's request.
File all company data including governmental, Manpower, and equipment certificates. Ensure all certificates are valid.
Prepare standard register for quotations after filing them properly. ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Independently performs day-to-day Document Control activities.
Generate various presentations and reports.
Technical skills:
- Familiar with construction activities and materials.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent Command of written English language and good command of spoken English Language.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
- Can work independently without much guidance.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Should have a basic understanding of construction projects and documentation systems.
