Key Responsibilities:

- Web Design: Develop and optimize homepages, landing pages, and email concepts, ensuring high-quality visuals and user experience.

- Industry Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and digital design software to present new ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.
Job Requirements
- Extensive Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on digital design for various platforms.
- Design Thinking & Agile: Experience in design thinking processes, agile development, and lean startup methodologies is essential.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to group discussions and projects.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of standard digital design tools, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, as well as photo and video editing software.
- Digital Design Best Practices: Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques, with a solid understanding of visual design principles.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design capabilities, demonstrating your ability to create impactful digital content for various target audiences.
