- Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with key investors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Prepare the technical proposals and consultancy budget estimation.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution within the project's time frame and deliverables list for different project's stages and tasks breakdown for team members in accordance with contractual obligations, budget, and time frame.
- Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for processes and project deliverables Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and services needed for the project.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of steel production processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
