Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and drive process improvement and automation.
- Generate reports with accounts payables status & details.
- Verify, analyze, investigate and resolve payable invoice discrepancies and deficiencies.
- Communicate with the suppliers and deliver payment checks.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare payment of all journal entries ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Take part in annual audit activities.
- Provide monthly reports and analysis for revenues/expenses
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Very good knowledge in types of WHT and VAT.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent Communication & problem solving skills
