Job Description
- Accounts payable & accounts receivables (Creating invoices & POs).
- Controls the recording of invoicing and sending it to the clients.
- Treasury daily transaction & preparing bank statement, overtime sheet, commissions.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly reports (Cost & Revenue)
- Follow up with the vendors & clients to send and collect the payment within the due date.
- Provide appropriate accounting information to customers & vendors when needed.
- Follow up with everything related to the treasury.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Max. age 28 Years old
- Experience in HR will be advantage
- Must have experience working in railway/ construction projects
Technical Competencies
- Excellent oral and written skills in English and ability to communicate effectively
- Very Good Computer skills.
