Job Description
Siebel CSW and EAI(Onsite):
- Providing support for Siebel CRM Applications from technical and Functional perspectives for all CRM modules.
- Providing daily support by resolving the Help desk issues related to the Siebel application.
- Providing daily support by resolving the Integrations between Oracle EBS, Genesys, Portal, and Other Applications as required.
- Design, Develop, and Deploy Siebel (CRM) enhancements using Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows and EAI.
- Supporting contact center and marketing teams for preparing and launching marketing campaigns and announcements.
- Develop custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher for multiple business requirements.
- Design, Develop, and Integrate Siebel CRM with Oracle EBS, Genesys, Portal, and other third-party applications.
- Fix, Develop, and Deploy Siebel CRM and EAI issues that pop up during the support period of Portal.
- Support and fix issues with the Tenant portal, and Genesys-related integrations from the Siebel side for Portal and Oracle EBS.
- Responsible for training new business users
Siebel Admin
- Perform day-to-day operational support functions within Siebel, including client, server, BIP Server, User creations, checking logs, and other administrative duties as part of application administration.
- Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Production environments and analyzing the root cause.
- Monitor and maintain the Development, Test, Training, and Production environments.
- Migration of Siebel Repository and Non-Repository Objects across application components to the Development, Test, and Production environments.
Job Requirements
Mandatory requirement:
Techno-functional CRM consultant based on ORACLE Siebel modules consultant to support existing CRM modules
- Oracle Siebel CRM
- Siebel CRM 8.1.1 (Siebel Sales, Siebel Services, Siebel Marketing, Siebel CTI, Oracle BIP Reports, Custom Reports)
- Custom Reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of experience implementation project
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
This role will require the candidate to work in an office environment with occasional travel to client sites. The candidate may also be required to work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
