Recruitment Specialist:
A recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions within an organization. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship building, and administrative tasks to ensure the organization hires the best talent.
Job description:
· Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
· Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
· Promote job opportunities through social media and other channels.
· Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.
· Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
· Provide timely feedback to candidates and address their queries.
· Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
· Advise on recruitment strategies and market trends.
· Negotiate job offers, including compensation and benefits.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
· Prepare recruitment metrics and reports, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
· Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
· Help develop and promote the company’s employer brand.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with an agency (at least 2- 3 years at the same position)
· Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
· High attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
