Job Description
- Supervise the discharging of received bulk raw material and the preparation of intermediate raw materials.
- Acting on the production process, step by step, as per production formula cards and work instructions.
- Analyzing raw materials, intermediates, final products to standard plans.
- Adjustment of finished products specification according to Q.C analysis reports and under supervision of line manager
- Issuing, maintaining and recording the Q.C reports of raw materials, intermediates, final products and bricks samples.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of work instructions inside the department.
- To take all the required actions that are necessary in the emergency cases (runaway reaction, poor quality and etc…)
- Arranging with store keepers the discharging of finished products to stores.
- Following up the charging of final products to the truck.
Job Requirements
- Place of residence must be Helwan or adjacent it maximum Maadi.
- Have an experience from 1 to 2 years in industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Science.
- Overall Grade not less than: Good.
- Major: must be Chemistry & Geology, Special chemistry & Applied chemistry only.
- Excellent Microsoft Office.
- Good English language skills.
- Very good verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding research, reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong orientation skills.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts is needed.
- Ability to tolerate stress and work under pressure.
