Job Description
- Responsible for the financial success of the business
- Setting and meeting planned sales goals

- Reaching out and communicating with overseas suppliers to ensure the development and continuity of business
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Analyzing retail matrices such as traffic, conversion rate, average ticket, up selling and cross selling
- Providing or organizing training and development to ensure that staff have sufficient product knowledge
- Coaching area managers and sales staff to help reach overall business goals
- Coordinating with marketing team to help generate leads and to organize special promotions, display, and events
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring competitors
- Initiating changes to improve the business
