Job Description
• Handle purchase process for Machine spare parts and consumable materials for the respective plants, as per requirements.
• Follow-up with vendors/suppliers for on-time supply of materials.
• Maintain and update purchase records, Inward and outward reports for purchase function.
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
• Authorize and evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence to quality.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure effective support.
• A high level of knowledge pertaining to the installation, use, and repair of agricultural equipment.
• Must be someone that pays keen attention to details.
• Must have excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
• Ability to solve complex problems. That is to say that the engineer must have good problem-solving abilities.
• Must display flexibility while carrying out duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering
- Very good computer skills and Microsoft office
- Very Good written and spoken English
- Experience form 6 Months : 2 years ( Spare Parts Heavy equipment )
- Willing to travel inside Egypt.
