Interior designer and 3D specialist:
o Develop innovative design concepts and present them through sketches, renderings, and mood boards.
o Select materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
o Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience;
o Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
o A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior design.
o Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
experience with exterior design and landscape is a bonus.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in construction.
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Project management skills.
- BS degree in Interior Design or similar.
