Job Description
- Ensure the cleanness of the dispensing area and the safety, cleaning and the calibration of the scales before dispensing operation & follow up calibration & maintenance of balances with calibration & maintenance section.
- Check the material of the batches and check the correction of the recorded data on labels very accurately without any shortage in the dispensing process according to the batch order of production or toll manufacturing.
- Responsible for the material division & dispensing; make sure that never keep more than one material in the dispensing room during division to avoid cross contamination.
- Ensure that all bottles are locked well & check the expiry date before & after division & dispensing the materials.
- Ensure that the weight unit readings “Pressure Variances” before and during the despising operation..
- Record the temperature and the humidity readings during and after the dispensing operation.
- Ensure that GMP instructions are followed in the dispensing area.
- Responsible for using or handling expiry or damaged materials that harm the production process & responsible for reporting the related departments if this case happened to take actions.
- Responsible for release any materials before completing the division & dispensing process according to the production & batch order & without any delay.
- Responsible for the balances; follow up maintenance needed, calibration & cleaning of the balances, responsible for any damage in the balances due to the bad handling, intentional damage or intentional change in the indicators.
- Guide the subordinates in dispensing section, follow up their performance, how they use balances & weighing tools to ensure the raw materials validity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy/Science is required
- Experience from 1-3 years in the same Position
- Pharmaceutical Experience is a Must (Especially Production/Dispensing Section ) .
- 6th October city resident and nearby are preferred.
