Job Description
Receptionists Rotational shifts 6 days per week ( Female) are needed in Fitness Centre in Obour City, will be responsible for:
- Act /as the first point of contact for visitors to the center which will include meeting and greeting clients.
- Checking members in.
- Singing up new customers for memberships.
- Taking phone calls for any inquiries/complains.
- Moderation for private messages received through our social media platforms.
- Providing accurate information concerning programs and activities.
- Schedule appointments for training classes and taking attendance for the class before the start time.
- Creating an excellent first impression of the gym by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner at all times.
- Maintain database and keep it up to date.
- Maintain general filling system (Soft and Hard copy).
- Follow up with old inactive members and get a proper feedback.
- Assisting current members with their queries/complains.
- Follow up with new members to maintain and support them feeling welcomed and satisfied.
- Recording and keeping clear and accurate records of all queries, complaints, lost property and repairs and ensuring the information is delegated to, and resolved by the relevant department.
- Cashing up and banking at the end of each shift and ensuring that shifts are balanced accurately and accordingly completing relevant documentation.
- Handling any other related work accordingly at the request of the Fitness Centre Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Very good English language level.
- Academic Education.
- Friendly and approachable with an outgoing personality.
- Cooperative, positive and optimistic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook)
- 0-3 years’ experience in hospitality and administration field (industry awareness)
- Multitasking.
- Excellent hospitality skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize work, handle pressure.
- Very polite
- Professional appearance, respectful behavior and attitude.
- Preferably Obour City resident.
