Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage, implement and support global transfer pricing strategic projects such as business supply chain planning, business restructurings, acquisition integration, etc.
- Conduct and manage detailed economic and financial analyses to determine optimal solutions to intercompany transaction flows ( tangible assets, intangible asset, services, etc. ).
- Identify opportunities to strategically implement transfer pricing structures to deliver effective tax rate and cash tax benefits.
- Prepare and/or review required global transfer pricing documentation and economic benchmarks.
- Assist in tax audit defense and provide management with strategic defense options.
- Evaluate the advantages of obtaining APAs and coordinate the process of obtaining and/or reviewing APAs.
- Build and maintain relationships internally with finance colleagues as well as externally with outside advisors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 8–12 years of experience in transfer pricing, economics, finance or tax.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organization, communication prioritization and time management skills.
- Advanced data analytics and financial modeling in excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
