Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision:
Manage and supervise all finishing works on-site, including but not limited to plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, and fixtures.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all finishing works are completed according to architectural drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that finishing works are executed as planned and within the project timeline.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the execution of finishing works on-site.
Material Inspection:
Inspect and verify that all materials used meet the required specifications, and manage the procurement of finishing materials as needed.
Safety Management:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all workers involved in finishing works.
Progress Reporting:
Provide regular updates on the progress of finishing works to the project manager, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Compliance:
Ensure that all finishing works comply with local regulations and building codes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in managing architectural finishing works on construction sites.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
