Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for clients in both English and German, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution of technical issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical problems related to our products, offering clear and actionable solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify product improvements and optimize customer satisfaction.
Utilize AutoCAD, Matlab, SolidWorks, and other relevant software tools to analyze and resolve issues.
Guide customers through installation, configuration, and operation of products, offering remote and on-site support as needed.
Document technical issues, solutions, and other reports in a clear and structured manner.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments to ensure high-quality support.
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Mechatronics, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken).
Experience with technical design, solar system layouts, or energy systems is a plus.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Matlab, PVSYST, SketchUp, and other engineering software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in renewable energy and solar pumping systems.
Knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Keras.
Experience with on-site technical support and system troubleshooting.
