About Us:
Pixie Wings is a new early learning nursery aiming at providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1-4 years, with focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
It is located in Elsheikh Zayed. Phase 1 to include 6 classes with outdoor area 200 sq. m. Expected soft opening to be in September 2025 with Phase 2 to follow with 5 classes and outdoor area of 200 sq. and offer French classes.
Along with the nursery week day working hours, we want to best utilize the venue via:
- Camps during School Holidays (Summer & Winter).
- Therapy sessions in the evening.
- After school activities (i.e. music, gymnastics, arts & crafts, Zumba).
Job Summary:
Pixie Wings Admission & Communication Specialist will be working closely with the Nursery Director to manage the admission process for our nursery, communicating with parents & stakeholders and promoting our nursery's programs & services.
Key Responsibilities:
Admission Management:
- Manage the admission process for the nursery, including receiving and processing applications, conducting tours, and communicating with parents.
- Ensure that all admission documents are complete and accurate, and that all necessary paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admission inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and stakeholders, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
- Support the Director in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote the nursery's programs and services, including social media, email marketing, website, and community outreach (WhatsApp Group, FB group, Newsletter, Channel books or app).
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, etc. as well as material needed for events.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure that the nursery's programs and services are effectively promoted and communicated.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance internal practices and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or communications, preferably in an educational setting.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with parents, staff, and vendors.
- Strong marketing and promotional skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
