Job Description

  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
  • Prepare budget and financial forecasts. 
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes. 
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information. 
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, Clear, etc. 
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation, and legislation
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with other accounting projects

Job Requirements

  • Education: BSC. Accounting
  • Years of experience: 5 years working experience with 2 years in a senior accountant role.
  • Computer skills: Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and very familiar with Accounting ERPs.
  • Language skills: English (Excellent- Fluent).
  • Experience in leading an accounts team is a plus.
  • Track record of managing a high volume of data.
  • Experience in the industry of Internet/Online Classified/E-Commerce is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
