Job Description
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, Clear, etc.
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation, and legislation
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
Job Requirements
- Education: BSC. Accounting
- Years of experience: 5 years working experience with 2 years in a senior accountant role.
- Computer skills: Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and very familiar with Accounting ERPs.
- Language skills: English (Excellent- Fluent).
- Experience in leading an accounts team is a plus.
- Track record of managing a high volume of data.
- Experience in the industry of Internet/Online Classified/E-Commerce is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
