Job Description
- Promote, sell and generate interest towards the client’s products/Services and handle customer inquiries by following a customer excellence procedure.
- Contacting American seniors and Doctor's offices by using internal dialer to promote medical services.
- Promoting medical service by communicating the benefits for the patients to achieve the set target and increase the revenue.
- Transferring the interested patients by using internal systems to the closers to check their eligibility.
- Submitting each successful transfer on internal systems by adding the needed product to check its eligibility afterwards.
- Maintaining the quality of the calls by applying the quality check list to reach the client’s satisfaction.
- Operating under company guidelines to meet guidelines quality standards.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (3:00 PM-12:00 AM) (Work From Home)
Job Requirements
- University degree or GAP Year
- Fluent command of English (oral/written) (B2-C1)
- 6 months- 2 years’ experience in Telesales or Telemarketing
- Excellent communication Skills
- Positive Attitude.
