Job Description

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Issuer reconciliation & settlement Process.
  • Manage Daily Acquirer reconciliation & settlement Process.
  • Responsible for monitoring the Settlement & reconciliation team & handling different payment schemes 
  • Participate in the analysis of Settlement requirements of any new payments service.
  • Responsible of the management of Chargeback Process.
  • Develop and operate accurate reconciliation system Process.
  • Manage the process of getting new clearing certifications for both domestic and international networks.
  • Responsible for internal training of the new staff members.
  • Manage the settlement process for different fulfillment entities.
  • Daily monitoring for the ticketing system that is used by banks for any queries
  • Prepare the weekly report to discuss all challenges & opportunities with department’s heads.
  • Working with our Developer team for enhancing process & new system implementation.
  • Prepare the department monthly invoices.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Present analysis daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly services statistics and reports.
  • Review, Sign and release business related invoices to collect service fees from the different entities.
  • Responsible of annual goals & target.
  • Manage and Improves expertise of head of every function in the department through coaching, mentoring, and in-service presentations to meet the target.

Job Requirements

  • Commercial B.Sc. Degree with General Banking knowledge.
  • MBA certificate (Preferred)
  • Strong team management skills
  • A strong business and operational background or a clear understanding of how the back office operates
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage optimal workflows and resource allocation.
  • 8-10 years of experience of reconciliation & Settlement management in banking sector or financial processor. 
  • Arabic.
  • English.
  • French (Preferred)
