Job Description
- Assembles and operates common laboratory equipment such as pH meters, balances…etc in a proper way.
- Prepares and distributes laboratory chemicals, materials and equipment in advance according to lab syllabus
- Assists lab instructor, teaching assistants and students during lab session (technical support).
- Assists lab instructor, teaching assistants and students during lab session (technical support).
- Performs routine maintenance of equipment in chemistry labs.
- Collects and disposes of hazardous waste materials according to Zewail City regulations.
- Participates in storage equipment and materials.
- Orders of materials, equipment and chemicals for the labs.
- Maintains an updated inventory for chemicals and equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in science or relevant discipline.
- Manage time properly and complete tasks on time.
- Communicate properly with direct manager.
- Open to new ideas and Accept new roles.
- Be familiar with safety precautions.
- Show calm & confidence.
- Effectively meets required work quality and accuracy.
