Job Description
Deputy Director
- A dynamic Senior Management job in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) assisting refugees and asylum seekers with protection, mental health and psychosocial issues. Responsible for program management / supervision of teams / program development / grant – proposal writing / training.

Requirements
- At least 5 years related professional experience preferably including international humanitarian assignments
- At least 3 years related management experience in humanitarian / NGO work
- Advanced university degree in related field ie: psychiatry / psychology / social work
- Hard working / Self-initiative / Committed to helping others
- Cross culture experience in humanitarian work
- Exceptional communication skills
- Oral and written fluency in English and Arabic.
- Commitment to long term employment in Egypt
- Fluent in oral and written English and Arabic
- Computer skills
