Job Description
- Manage, design, and implement a consistently effective cost control system and a company budget and reporting system.
- Prepares the monthly cost of sales figures by analyzing material, labor, and expenses.
- Prepares periodical information and reports about the profitability of each Cost center and every customer.
- Preparing Direct & Indirect Costing Reports & Analysis.
- Review and present budget proposals and prepare financial documents.
- Analyzing changes in raw materials or services provided, to determine effects on cost.
- Responsible for directing budgeting, forecasting, pricing (standard costs), variance analysis, inventory, cost savings projects, and internal controls.
- Establishing the cost centers for the Projects.
- Making estimates of new and proposed projects costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
- 5-7 years’ experience.
- Prefer Costing Experience 3 Years in Construction.
- Very Good in MS Office & ERP Systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good in English.
