Job Description
Mobco Group is seeking an experienced Site Architect to join our team. The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and planning of our construction sites. Key duties will include:
- Developing site plans, elevations, and renderings for new construction projects
- Coordinating with civil engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet all building codes and client requirements
- Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and identify any design challenges
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure designs are properly implemented
- Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects preferred
