Job Description
- Manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop briefs based on client’s requirements.
- Ideate concepts and progress designs to construction stage.
- Create layouts, space plans, and design concepts.
- Research and select materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Produce 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the designs.
- Generate detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Supervise site progress and work closely with engineers and contractors.
- Set project estimates within budget constraints.
- Contact suppliers for quotations on products and materials.
- Stay updated with industry changes and best practices.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Architecture or Interior Design with 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling software (3Ds Max, Sketchup & Rhino)
- Ability to create photo-realistic visualizations using Corona or Vray.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Knowledge of building materials and FF&E.
- Experience producing organized high-quality construction drawings.
- Creative, imaginative, and detail oriented.
- Team player with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Committed to quality standards and ethics of the company.
