Job Description
- Receive the raw materials Stock from the warehouse as and when transferred& check the necessary status labeling, quantity and quality of packing while receiving.
- Maintain all necessary documentation of the dispensing materials.
- Handle returned/recalled raw materials as per set procedures.
- Return materials properly labeled to store.
- Ensure smooth & safe dispensing by way of proper co-ordination with all relevant departments.
- Follow up temperature, humidity & differential pressure in the dispensing area and report variations.
- Ensure the cleaning of the dispensing rooms and equipment.
- Perform calibration of the balance and maintain the balance standard weights and documentation as per the SOPs & GMP Guidelines.
- Ensure necessary status labeling during & after dispensing.
- Report activities to Department Head or Delegated Person.
- Report any damage to facility & equipment or any malicious activity by person/s while on duty.
- Assist Raw material/Packing Material Store Keeper & department Head whenever required.
- Perform related tasks as required.
- Follow all the SOP and GMP guidelines while on duty.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Pharmacy, Science or
- from 2 to 4 years of experience in the same position at pharmaceutical industry.
- Flexibility to work extra time and night shifts.
- organized and detail oriented.
- Good Communication skills.
- professional using Microsoft office.
- Good command of English.
