Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a custom Shopify section or page design and bring it to life.
- Take the initiative and be able to build out Shopify websites from scratch and utilize stock photos when needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client’s websites.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure we are always on the right path.
- Setup configuration for Shopify apps (Like Judgeme)
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and user experience.
- QA and test your own development.
- Utilize Paymo for project management, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Shopify and proficiency in Liquid.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Paymo or similar project management tools (Asana/Monday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building Shopify Apps with React
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with AWS and gadgets.dev services
- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and integrations.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
