Information System Team Leader (IS)

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Define, Develop, and provide an application problem analysis and resolution service for complex application problems in conjunction with the users and application suppliers.
• Manage IT initiatives and collaboration within house technical staff and software’s third parties.
• Implementing and developing open-source software projects such as (Moodle, ERP Next, BigblueButton, etc.)
• Participate in the digital transformation project.
• Communicate and handle the university’s electronic system users and top management requests with the software’s third parties.
• Document everything in details. 
• Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.
• Effectively handle multiple jobs at the same time, organize and manage multiple priorities, stress, pressures, and challenges.
• Have in-depth knowledge of management goals, visions, and work in line with team members to achieve them.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
