Job Description

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Set clear sales goals, targets, and performance metrics for the team.
  • Plan monthly/ quarterly and yearly sales plan based on the companies targets and strategy
  • Plan the headcount needed to achieve sales targets
  • Set Monthly plan to enhance the conversion ratio (data efficiency).
  • Interviewing, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Define and document the sales process, including key stages, activities, and required resources.
  • Establish and implement a consistent sales methodology to guide the sales team in effectively moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies, processes, and methodologies based on market dynamics and feedback from the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and sales best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct business meetings with customers to increase the customer value and volume
  • Conduct business webinars with interested customers
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and provide regular feedback to sales representatives through the team leaders.
  • Conduct performance reviews and create development plans to address performance gaps and foster growth.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding sales performance to motivate the team and reinforce a high-performance culture.
  • Monitoring representatives’ development throughout coaching plan to be based on call quality monitoring through team leaders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, education, or a related discipline).
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in Sales management, preferably in an educational institution or training center
  • Valid career knowledge plays a vital role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Attention to detail, Critical-thinking and analytical skills, Customer focus, Problem-solving abilities, Negotiation, Decision-making, Strategic thinking, Active listening
