Job Description
- Managing required resources, in a Mega VRF project to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Managing all third-party contributions to an ongoing project
- Ensuring that shop drawings were submitted, followed, pulled, and terminated.
- Dealing with subcontractors, consultants, and customers.
- Managing communications, buying in, and sign-offs with all stakeholders.
- Planning, executing, and handing over the project.
- Practicing monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of ongoing projects
- Managing the overall budget and monitoring expenditures and costs against the delivered
- Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget.
- Managing any risks till a successful outcome
- Managing project scope, goals, and deliverables, holding team(s) accountable, while also inspecting and adapting as appropriate
- Providing direction and support to the project team.
- Working with the team to Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitating conflict resolution.
- Communicating the team's work to a range of stakeholders.
- Monitoring and radiating information regarding project progress.
- Coordinating and communicating with other Managers on cross-team activities and external staff or consultants, as necessary.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in VRF PM function.
- Mechanical bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Able to read Mechanical & Electrical drawings diagrams.
- Able to read technical manuals and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of pipe welding procedure & standards.
- Knowledge of standard safety procedures and required reports.
- A field experience in a similar project is a must (VRF and its Piping Channels)
- Track record of project completion.
- PMP certified or at least attended the course.
- Experience in VRF & Piping Installation is a must.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a good level of planning and risk assessment.
- Good level of computer skills especially Word and Excel.
- Professional level of utilizing the MS project
- Professional level of writing letters & e-mails
